1. Service Plans and Scope of Work

We offer a variety of service plans tailored to meet different business needs. The specific deliverables, features, and limitations of each plan are clearly defined in the respective service descriptions provided to you. Any services outside the scope of your chosen plan will be treated as custom requests and may incur additional charges.

 

2. Project Delivery and Timelines

We are committed to strictly adhering to our agreed-upon service delivery timelines. However, if you request special features, revisions, or additions that are not included in the original service plan, the delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly. We will communicate any timeline extensions prior to commencing the additional work.

 

3. Payment Terms

To ensure the seamless execution of your project, we require full payment upfront for all standard web and marketing projects.

 

  • Payment Gateway: All standard payments are securely processed through our integrated website payment partner, PayStack.
  • Exceptions: Enterprise solutions and bespoke engineering services are exempt from the full upfront payment rule. Payment milestones and terms for these custom projects will be outlined in a separate, customized project agreement.

4. Hosting Services

For websites hosted directly with Bloom Universe, we provide premium shared hosting and cloud hosting solutions.

 

  • Pricing: Our hosting plans start at ₦3,000 per month or ₦36,000 per year. (Please note: These prices are subject to change based on market conditions and server requirements).
  • Third-Party Hosting: You reserve the right to host your website with a third-party provider of your choice. However, if you opt for third-party hosting, Bloom Universe is not liable for any server downtime, security breaches, or the overall quality and performance outcome of the hosting environment.

5. Domain Name Registration

We gladly assist our clients in finding and securing the perfect domain name for their brand. While we facilitate this process, the Client remains solely responsible for the initial cost of the domain, as well as all future renewal fees. Failure to renew your domain name may result in the loss of your website address.

 

6. Website Maintenance

We offer both free and premium website maintenance services exclusively for clients whose websites are hosted with us. The level of maintenance provided depends entirely on your selected service plan. Clients hosting their websites elsewhere are not eligible for our standard maintenance plans unless a custom retainer is agreed upon.

 

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

Bloom Universe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the misuse of our digital products. We strictly prohibit any website built, hosted, or maintained by us from being used to facilitate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. If we determine that a website violates this policy, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate hosting and maintenance services without a refund.

 

8. Customer Data and Privacy

We collect specific customer data—including user information, business details, and cookies—to effectively process your requests, deliver our services, and enhance your user experience. We handle all data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with standard data protection practices.

 

9. Use of Cookies
